Montessori Teacher's Training

We offer a 6-month (24-week) Montessori Teachers' Training Course for our participants.

The course runs 3 days a week, for 3 hours each day.

• Designed by leading child psychologists, this curriculum has been implemented successfully for over 11000+ children.
• Guaranteed 12-week paid Internship and upon successful completion will be qualified for a teaching job in any PRE-SCHOOL or PLAY SCHOOL.

• What are the available course formats?

  There are two formats of the course available either with paid internship or without paid internship: 6 months: Thrice a week, three hours each. (3 months Theory and 3 months Practical)

• What is the Eligibility Criteria?
  • 12 + years of formal education
  • Basic knowledge in English

• What is the Program Duration?
  • 6 months (24 weeks inclusive of 4 weeks mandatory internship)
  • Participants need to devote approximately 9 hours per week to be qualified for certification.

• How will I be assessed?

  You will be evaluated by the following weightage:

  • Compulsory Attendance – 20%
  • Mid-term assessment – 20%
  • Internals (Home Assignments presented in class) – 20%
  • Written exam (3 hours on last day of course) – 40%

• What kind of certification will I receive upon completion of the program?

  Course participants who successfully complete the course will be awarded Certificate of completion by Xavier Educare along with experience certificate from Xaviers Kids.

• Is Internship compulsory?

  Yes, the internship is mandatory as it provides hands on experience and the opportunity for you to put your learnings to the test in the real world.

• What is the Program Fee?

  Total fee for the 6 month diploma program is Rs. 9,900/- We do have option of installment based payment.

• What are my career prospects upon completing this program?

  The program is designed to be a successful educator into the field of early childhood education. Teachers who trained with Xavier Educare often go on to have successful careers in education management. This program opens doors not only to teaching, but curriculum planning and management, pre-school administration and education counselling.
